What kinds of products do you offer?

Meegan Mountain is a growing shop offering a wide range of products including apparel and accessories, home goods and decor, outdoor and garden items, bath and body products, Catholic devotional and lifestyle items, and custom canvas prints, mugs, tote bags, and more. We're always adding new things — check back often!

Where do your products ship from?

Meegan Mountain works with trusted production and maker partners who may ship from locations across the US or internationally — but all orders are delivered to US addresses. Items fulfilled by international partners may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. Every product listing includes estimated delivery information where available.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Here's a general guide:

  • Most items: 1–5 business days processing depending on the item — see individual product listings for details
  • US-fulfilled items: 3–10 business days after processing
  • Partner-fulfilled items: Estimated delivery is shown on each product page. Items fulfilled by international partners may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Will I get a confirmation and tracking for my order?

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase goes through, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only. All orders are delivered to US addresses.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns — here's how it works:

  • Print and production items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Hand-picked finds: Returns accepted — details and any item-specific conditions are noted in each product listing.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if there's any issue with your order. We're here to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage — we'll get a replacement or resolution sorted out for you as quickly as possible. We stand behind everything in this shop.

How do I care for my products?

Care instructions are included in each listing. General guidelines: Canvas Prints — dust gently with a soft dry cloth, avoid direct sunlight. Mugs — hand wash recommended, microwave and dishwasher safe. Tote Bags — spot clean or hand wash in cold water, air dry.

Can I request a custom item?

We love custom requests! Reach out through our Contact page to talk through your ideas. Custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and we do our best to bring your vision to life.
