Our Policy

At Meegan Mountain, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind everything in our shop — whether it's a print or production item, a custom piece, or a hand-picked find. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll get the correct item on its way to you right away.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must obtain and pay for their own return shipping label, unless the item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Custom and made-to-order items: Returns are accepted for damaged or not-as-described items. Please contact us and we'll make it right.
Print and production items: Returns accepted for damaged or defective items. Contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Hand-picked finds: Returns accepted — any item-specific conditions are noted in each product listing.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size or color selection, so please review your order carefully before placing it. Minor color variations due to screen display differences are normal and not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as your item is already being made or prepared for you.
