This GI Molded Waist Belt—also known as the Kidney Pad—is designed to give you the comfort and stability you need for heavy loadouts. Originally issued for the MOLLE II Large Rucksack, it attaches securely to the frame with four webbing straps and can also be adapted to fit ALICE systems.
