Each pair is hand tooled and hand painted by artisan craftspeople. The sunflower design is painted by hand, with depth added by dying the background deep brown. Turquoise beads are hand tooled as a border and painted in multiple shades to create a realistic, dimensional look. Antique finish is then carefully applied to bring out the depth of the tooling. Finished with copper hardware findings and turquoise deerskin fringe.
